We understand that fashion choices can change, and you may wish to cancel an order. The following policy explains how order cancellations are handled:
Cancelling Orders Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email.
If your cancellation request is eligible, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may, however, return the product after delivery following our Return & Refund Policy.
Modifying an Order
We currently do not allow changes to items or delivery addresses after an order is placed. To make changes, cancel the eligible order and place a new one.
