This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we handle the dispatch and delivery of items purchased from our platform. By placing an order, you confirm your agreement with the guidelines set out in this policy. 

Where We Deliver 
We currently offer shipping to all serviceable pin codes within India. Unfortunately, international delivery is not available at the moment. 

Order Processing Schedule 
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from this timeframe. 

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase and delivery information. 

Delivery Timeframe 
Standard deliveries generally arrive within 3–8 business days, so you can enjoy your chosen products without long waits. 

Unsuccessful Deliveries 
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable, or a refusal to accept the package, the parcel will be returned to our facility. You may request a re-delivery after the issue is addressed. 

Damaged or Missing Orders 
If you receive an item that appears damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and share clear photographic proof. 

If a shipment is lost while in transit, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund after confirmation from our courier partner.
